Why This Can Happen

  • The slab was tampered with or compromised.
  • The card was removed from the original slab.
  • The slab was cracked, altered, or resealed.
  • The card or slab was labeled counterfeit or altered.
  • A mechanical/clerical/data processing error required decertification.
  • Ownership disputed or flagged as stolen.
  • The certification was voluntarily surrendered.

What This Means

  • The grade displayed should NOT be relied upon.
  • No representation of grade accuracy is made.
  • This card is NOT eligible for TAG protections.
  • Market value should be viewed with caution.
  • Buyers should perform due diligence.
